With a deep love for the land and a dedication to preserving their family olive groves, passed down through four generations, the Cordini family established their farm Azienda Agricola Cordini in 2019. Azienda Agricola Cordini includes both the ancient family groves and newly acquired lands near the stunning Castel del Monte.
It is here that the Elisio oil project was born. The farm spans around 30 hectares of olive groves, featuring the renowned Coratina cultivar. This generational shift is a crucial time for introducing innovative processes.
